Arcade Hotel & SPA Nisantasi

the location of the hotel is really perfect: close to metro , close to shops, mall , café , restaurant. Nishantashi area is really nice ! The bed was confortable , the room was clean, lot of spaces in the wardrobe , it is a quiet hotel , we can still hear some traffic but quite normal in Istanbul, the staff is really nice especially Mr Nejdat from the end of afternoon / evening round thank you!, it was my second stay in this hotel and i really like this place!

I would like to emphasize that all staff members are very professional and friendly for all guests. I liked the breakfasts in the morning and arrangement of the taxi to airport. The room was very comfortable, and all the amenities were top notch and up to expectations!. All the staff were friendly and exceptionally fluent in English as well as other languages. I found the receptionists very helpful, professional, and courteous fitting of international standards, mostly Nida and Murat from the front desk.

Great location. Nice room, quiet even though on a busy street. Unfortunately the Spa facilities were not working the whole time we were there ( 5 days). This was one of the reasons to book the hotel to use the steam and sauna room.
