Arcade Hotel & SPA Nisantasi

Every time I go to Istanbul, I stay in Nişantaşı, but this is the first time I stay at the Arcade Hotel, and I can say that I am not staying anywhere else anymore. The hotel location is the best, right in the shopping area, just around the corner from Osmanbey metro station, across the street from a lovely café. All the places I like in Istanbul are walking distance or a metro ride away, just perfect. We got a spacious room overlooking the inside area, so it was quiet and comfortable. The staff are very sweet and helpful. I want to especially thank Toprak for all the assistance. The breakfast has many options and the people are very nice. I just loved this hotel.

Top location on nisantasi's main road and 2 min walk from Osman Bey metro station. Comfortable, spacious, bright rooms with lots of storage. Nice power shower. High-end light fittings around the room. Excellent air-conditioning. Unlimited complimentary mineral water. Very friendly and helpful staff- great service from Gokhan and the gentleman at check-in. Our room was upgraded, and we got a late checkout. They also arranged our return airport taxi and provided good recommendations for food and transport. Gokhan helped me weigh my luggage after checkout- so helpful!

the location of the hotel is really perfect: close to metro , close to shops, mall , café , restaurant. Nishantashi area is really nice ! The bed was confortable , the room was clean, lot of spaces in the wardrobe , it is a quiet hotel , we can still hear some traffic but quite normal in Istanbul, the staff is really nice especially Mr Nejdat from the end of afternoon / evening round thank you!, it was my second stay in this hotel and i really like this place!

Great staff. Great location. Satisfied rooms. All the Staff welcomed me very well. I felt like a special guest during my stay Thank you to Murat and all the team including restaurant for their great and warm welcome and services. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff are so much kind. The location is amazing, close to nice restaurants and shopping malls, mosques, metros. etc. I hope I can stay again in the future in Arcade Hotel.
